Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We do hope that you will be happy with your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we can offer you a refund within 14 days. Items returned must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original, and undamaged packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
For Returns please contact us as soon as possible at info@dagmarkorecki.com for further instructions. Please note that personalised//bespoke/custom Jewellery items are exempt from Returns/exchanges.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items
Please note that Postage/delivery charges are non refundable.
Customers are also fully responsible for the return shipping costs and safety.
If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend you use a delivery service that is insured for the full value of the item/items. We do not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you are returning items from a country where a customs declaration is required, please label it with “Returned British Goods” in order to avoid any further import/export taxes, as we cannot accept any responsibility for these costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
